Owlops gps workforce solution brings transparency and accuracy to your business by bridging the gap between your agency, clients and employees. Clients can easily request contractors from your agency for their onsite needs and provide time and place details about the job, as well as job description and images. The employee receives notifications leading up to and during the job reminding them when they need to depart, arrive, clock in, take breaks, and even clock out. When an employee successfully arrives at the gps defined job location, they will be allowed to clock-in, meet their mid-shift tour check-ins and clock out. The agency can keep track of the times an employee was late and called out all within the app. Keeping track of employee documents and their expiration dates is also easy and the employee can upload pictures for proof. The agency and client can also download spreadsheets with the hours each employee worked.
